We stayed in a Queen Suite during our visit for a Taylor Swift concert with our two young daughters. The hotel organized an amazing pre-concert party with decorations, a candy bar, and Rita's Ice, which our girls absolutely loved! It was a fun way to kick off our concert day!
The bathroom was a bit cramped for five people.

The large suite was perfect for our family, giving the kids plenty of space to play while we relaxed.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use more hooks for towels to keep things tidy. It would be great for families if the hotel could offer kid-friendly activities onsite.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, perfect for everyone. We explored the nearby kayaking spots before hitting the event at Acrisure Stadium. The staff was friendly, and the hotel had a fun atmosphere. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky when busy, so plan accordingly.
Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement. Our room was clean, but it felt like they were overwhelmed—no coffee refills or fresh towels until late in the day.

We had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the cozy Queen Suite and the warm cookies for the kids upon arrival. The indoor pool was a hit, and we loved lounging by the heated swimming pool to unwind. The only slight downside was the $30 per night parking fee, but overall, it was worth the stay! 😊

The location is ideal for exploring downtown, and the spacious gym was a nice perk. However, the outdated room had cleanliness issues, and the bathroom design was frustrating. Check-in was pleasant, but the front desk staff could have been more helpful.

I had a decent stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in Pittsburgh. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of the city. I loved how close I was to all the action. The room was spacious, particularly the King Suite I booked, but some aspects needed attention. Found the bathroom a bit dated and in need of repairs. The toilet's flushing didn’t always work and the carpet looked worn. Despite this, the staff remained friendly throughout my stay. They even attempted to help me locate a lost item quickly, which I really appreciated. One downside, parking was inconvenient, especially since the lot was full upon arrival. Had to park further away, which felt unsettling in an unfamiliar area. Overall, a mix of good and bad, but some upgrades could make a huge difference.

Fun concert kickoff!
The hotel threw an awesome pre-concert party with decorations and a candy bar for the kids. The themed drinks were a hit at the bar too! Only bummer was they didn’t help us with our bags when we arrived, but overall, it was a super fun stay.

Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. The Taylor Swift pre-concert party was a delightful surprise, complete with decorations and a candy bar, making the experience memorable for families. However, parking issues were frustrating as the lot was full, requiring additional travel to find a space. The shower temperature couldn't be adjusted and was too hot, while the air conditioning made the room chilly, impacting overall comfort.

The sumptuous lobby's elegant decor added a warm charm, and the spacious common areas provided a welcoming atmosphere, making me feel right at home during my stay. Accessibility features were thoughtfully placed, ensuring ease of movement for seniors.
A quieter carpet would enhance comfort in common areas.
